I'm a fan of Greenlight. Not a hardcore collector, relatively newer collector, but I have most of the castings I personally desired from their releases last 3, 4 years. While the VW Buses are maybe overly done by everybody from Tomicas, Hot Wheels to M2, Matchbox & Johnny Lightnings, but I have looked forward to just two new particular vans from Greenlight & these two are it. First, from their Hollywood series with the basket-style roof rack & little bit of dirt & mud is the VW Bus taken from the classic baseball movie Field of Dreams.
I love baseball, and this makes me want to watch the film again. This bus has bunch of crap on it, and bottom line, I guess that's the kind of VW buses I like. Next one has huge crap on it:
Westfalia Campmobile
For some reason, I was searching for "campermobile" when I was looking for this thing & wondering why I could never find one for sale. Field of Dreams, I'd give it a "B". Wheels are average looking & roof rack look little rough. Campermobile(haha), I'd give it a "A". It would've been a "A+" had paint job been perfect(coming off here & there, little spotty). Still, tent & wheels seem realistic to me at 1/64 scale.
