New, sealed in package the eBay listing said. No wonder there was no picture of it in the packaging. It's a baggy with sticky flap you can open & close as you please, no manufacturer, or "Choro-Q" marking anywhere on the bag. Not exactly a grand presentation considering the price(I paid close to $25, shipped), but it was one of those impulse buys. I have a soft spot for this car. :D
