When you are kid, you can't drive & go where you want to go. Growing up in little town called Tsunashima(Yokohama, Japan), Tokyu buses & trains were what we relied on to get to places. This Hino bus is before my time, but when I was just a baby(maybe toddler), I think these buses were still in service? No easy way to know, really. Pics.
Why two buses? I used to want these Hino buses really bad, but they were very expensive(like $80-ish). One day, a deal came by for $30-some dollars, then I think a day later, before the first deal was finalized, a second for maybe $40. I ended up committing to both. Oh, well. At least it's my hometown bus. lol
Apologies to my previous Tokyu bus post. Now there's two of these things, too. lol
OMG! This vintage bus is beautiful. The colour livery same as 1970s Singapore Bus Service. View here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/151168744@N05/39010610362/
