If you are like me, you are going "so is this an RLC, or Japan Show?"
According to the information I found here, it was planned for Japan Show, but something happened, it somehow fell through, and was later sold by the Red Line Club. If it's on the internet, it's legit amirite(I'm kidding, take it for what it is lol).
I got mine from TTP for $68(shipped). Pics:

P.S. Actually, if you are curious about other Japanese release Hot Wheels, try typing in "japan hot wheels"(without quotation mark) in the search box on the top-left. ;)
