The ricer scene was in during the 90's. All the kids with the Japanese cars with cold-air intake was excited to see this movie. While most of the notable cars in the film was the crew's Civic, neon green Eclipse & orange Supra(no, nobody brings up Michelle Rodriguez's 240SX or whatever it was), there was one American muscle that tied things up nicely at the end. Dom's Charger with a blower sticking out if its hood.
Hot Wheels may have whored this car too many times in like four separate releases, but as far as I know, just the Retro Entertainment featured the Real Riders.
It was one of those cars, it didn't matter what kind of car guy you were. You got a kick out of seeing it in a film, even if it was JDM action flick. Lot of us became a fan of Paul Walker too, may his soul rest in peace.
