Hobby Exclusive GreenLight Bigfoot #1 The Original Monster Truck 1974 Ford F-250

This one didn't even come home.  It'll just hang out at work(cut the blister neatly, put the thing back in).

When I was a kid, back in Japan, in the late 80's, we referred to all monster trucks as "bigfoot".  Only after I moved to the U.S. I discovered that Bigfoot was one of the trucks, but these lifted trucks with gigantic tires were called "monster trucks".  I really dug them as a kid.  

I used my pathetic Moto G5 Plus phone to take these pics & it is the worst.  This camera has the ability to focus on the background without fail, leaving the subject blurred.  What a piece of ****.  I need a iPhone so bad.  *Took another pic(08/27/18)

Anywho.  Credit where due, GreenLight did a amazing job with these.  It was $11 shipped from eBay & worth every frigging penny in my opinion.

I'm sorry for the dirty keyboard.  I just cleaned it earlier in the day, too.  Jesus christ.  :(

Hot Wheels Retro Entertainment Deadpool Chimichanga Truck

I am a fan of the ice cream truck casting, even if this is the only one ever to make it onto this blog:

I'm also a fan of Deadpool.  When I saw him inside the chimichanga truck, this one was a no-brainer.  If you compare the Deadpool figure inside to the ice cream guy inside the creepy truck, also the driver seat sections from the each truck, you'll see the plastic mold has been updated.  Also slight differences in the triangle windows, roof mounted vents(grilled vs smooth).  So, both casting & base seems to have gone thru some modification.  Check out what orangetrackdiecast has to say about the latest update to this casting, too.

Walmart Find: Hot Wheels Retro Entertainment Punisher Van

I don't really buy any hot wheels, or minicars anymore, but I still check the pegs when I'm in stores & today, I thought this was pretty cool:

American Seibu Keisatsu van amirite.  Instead of another retread, new parts & details.  Love the open sliding side door!  **Door doesn't actually slide

Online, I thought this was really crappy "mud" finish?  It only clicked when I held it in my hand(not into comic books): Ghost Rider rides has flaming tires!

At first glance, I thought these were nicely detailed Coke cars by M2..... then saw the price tag.  OMG, man.  Not saying $9 isn't a fair price for M2 cars, but personally, I hate that kind of price hike(these are normally $6, $7 tops).  :(

New & Sold Out from Tarmac Works: GreenLight Pennzoil Nissan Skyline GT-R(BNR34)

I got mine from Tarmac Works, but I believe you can still get them on eBay for cheaper, at least if you are in the U.S.  I'm on my way out of the hobby, selling off my collection, so I don't know what the heck I'm doing with this thing, but here it is.  An impulse buy I suppose.  :p

I paid $20.40, but $11.50 of that was shipping.  One of the headlamp's bit crooked in the macro shot, but I think it's really nicely done.  If shipping wasn't involved. lol

Tomica Limited Vintage LV-62b Nissan 680 Newspaper Transport Truck(Asahi Newspaper)

According to my records, I bought this in June of 2013.  I believe it to be my third ever TLV(#2 is from the same eBay order)  Really, really old school, but so cool.... truck.  Roughly 5 years later, I am on the way out of this hobby, but finally got this thing on the blog.  :D

Removable canvas cover + newspaper bundles makes neat accessories.

Unique casting.  One of a kind.

I wish tailgate opened, but you can't win'em all.  Back in 2013, this truck set me back about $23 & change including shipping.

She's a keeper amirite.
