Greenlight Motor World: Volkswagen "Bonanza Air Lines" Samba Bus

Picked this up on the way home tonight.  So my type.  :D

Like Bronco, I think VW bus has been done to death by Greenlight..... but I bought it again.

Tomica Limited Vintage NEO LV-N90a Hino HE366 Tractor Head

You may sue me for forgetting to include the side-mirrors in this shot.  They are included, you can attach them with glue.  Here's how they look with them installed(photo borrowed from Tomytec).

This was SO hard to find.  Initially, this Hino tractor head, or their three transporters interested me very little.  That changed, but I was very late in the game by then.  This tractor head in red & white became one of the hardest TLV releases to find online.  Same with the green transporter.  I thought it was so ugly initially, but it's grown on me.  Again, too late.  Last time Japan Booster offered one of those green tractor head w/trailer in an eBay auction, I think it went upwards of $300?(I don't remember how much exactly....).  Anywho, I was lucky enough to find the red/white tractor head on eBay & for super cool price of below $60(shipped).  Pics:

I do think that this is the best looking TLV Hino tractor head..... but wait!  There is more!!

When I first got the TLV Wrecker/Tow Truck, I tried hooking it up to the Greenlight Hitch & Tow, and it worked.  They mated nearly perfectly.  Ever since I was able to secure this TLV Hino tractor head online, being a fan of 1/64 transporter vehicles, I've been trying to figure out how I could get just the trailer portion from one of the TLV transporter to hook up with my new Hino.  After receiving this car in the mail today, for heck of it, I got out one of the many M2 Auto-Haulers I have in my collection, see if it would hook up with the Tomcia & they absolutely do!  *happy dance*

I hope this has been an educational post.  ;)

Choro-Q Zero Z-27d Alfa Romeo Giulia

Alfas, especially the old ones......  I love their style.  Beautiful, tight, gorgeous, etc.  Even in デフォルメ style.  Direct translation of デフォルメ would be "deformed", but in Japanese, it's more like "cartoony", or something cuter like that.  Pics:

This one's even in the right color!

Hot Wheels Pop Culture Universal Studios Monsters - "Wolfman" Volkswagen T1 Panel Bus

Old release, new pictures.  I didn't care for this Universal Studio Monsters series with the exception of this one. So cool.

How do you spell out a howl by wolves?  Forget it.  lol

Matchbox "Cadillac One" Presidential State Car

What an awesome pick by the MBX.  Wonderful, wonderful detailing for one dollar car, but that's not like it's rare from this company.  Great job.

This front end.  Wow.
