Swung by Walmart on the way home today. No new Hot Wheels, they had some cool Car Culture series transporters, but I'm no longer actively collecting, so pass.... Then I saw these new Matchbox cars:
Bought the vintage Rover as a gift. "Mooneyes" Ford F-100 is all mine. I'm going to hang it at my workstation. :)
Rover's crazy detailed. While I don't think these two castings are super sharp looking or anything, I say I quite like both, because I can be pretty critical of the latest Matchbox cars, especially this one.
Anywho, on the way out of the aisle, I catch this from the corner of my eye:
All gray *cough* minus the wheels *cough* Datsun 510/Bluebird wagon! I might keep it, or I might gift this one, too.
