I like hachirokus, not since when the car was new, but I became fond of these little cars tad bit before Initial D got popular in the States. Trueno's been getting the love from the Japanese automotive enthusiasts, not just because of the popular manga(before anime), but also thanks to its obvious sports car qualities(cheap, light, RWD). Back then, I didn't understand Miata's approach to sports driving. Only thing I understood was killer looks & moar horsepower. lol When I read about the cult following of this car in Japanese autocross thing(can't remember the proper name of the activity), not that I understood it immediately, but it certainly opened my eyes, and gained respect to that type of approach to sport driving. Today, I'm more excited reading about the 2016 Miata than any 600HP muscle cars. To each their own. Enough yapping:
Rear looks really good to the naked eye, but it does look bit rough in macro shots. I was thinking one of the best looking rear end detail before I saw the shot above. I still like it.
