Okay, orange isn't bad, but it's not a color generally acceptable for VIP car in Japan. :D
The Nissan President on my wish list was directly after this one(later in the 70's - see Wiki), so this is tad old for my taste? I'm still preordering the black. Especially after I said this in the Toyota Century post:
"When they do Nissan President, if they do the newer one, I will jump off a bridge."
Of course, I'd have googled for the lowest bridge in my area, but still... Toyota Century casting by TLV was cool, but for oldster like me, current gen Century they casted had very little character & I thought the older Century would've been so much cooler.
So I'm not on the same page with TLV on the limousines, okay, but I'm glad we are on the same page on the Galants. :)
Well, it's like I said before; Tomica has given the Galant fans almost everything they wanted. Rally-esque models, the Monte Carlo RS and the normal factory VR-4 version... There is only one thing left; to create a 1/64 version of the Galant that was tuned by Mercedes's monster tuner; the AMG Galant. Let's face it, Tomica already has the casting down pat, all that is left is detailing work and there you go. Ok, so it's not a VR-4, but it looks incredible for a 1990's tuned Mitsubishi, what more can you ask?
ReplyDeleteAnd if Tomica is feeling frisky, I do have a far more dangerous suggestion; the Diamante AMG. Yes, it looks awkward and it's about as powerful as a diesel-powered A-Class with AMG visual parts, but it's as quirky as you can get for Mitsubishi sedans. And the TLV line is known for quirky JDM metal, is it not...? ;)
