Very popular TLV casting. It never used to be as popular as this or this, but recently? I think it's been heating up. LV-N44a was the first of this casting I bought, and couple years ago, I got it for $45.48, shipped. In 2017, probably double that or more for one in new condition. This white/blue livery one commands much more in the secondary market, LV-N44c(green) the highest. I was lucky enough to run into this one on eBay listed by tomica_spoton. Great seller, and it was a group purchase, but I gotta killer deal on it.
So why go after something expensive I didn't have to have? One, the odd livery for this truck. According to Tomytec page, it is the livery found on the truck featured in the original Hino catalog. Very cool touch, but the main reason I wanted this was the figure + crates marked "Hino" included with the truck. Tomytec called this one a special version, and it seemed pretty special to me, too. TLV figures are very fun bonus. :D Crates look sharp, too!
